Mike and Julie Dee, husband and wife, are physicians who have traveled the difficult road of addiction and recovery. Approximately nine years ago, Julie found herself in the depths of despair that accompany substance use disorder after turning to opiates to treat severe physical and emotional suffering. Together Mike and Julie have navigated the challenging journey of addiction and recovery and believe they have a special understanding of what treatment and therapy is required to overcome this tragic disease. They developed Hope River Ranch as an inpatient rehabilitation/recovery center to empower individuals and their families in their own struggles with substance use disorder in order to achieve long term sobriety and a happy, healthy productive life.  As physicians, Mike and Julie believe quality evidence based treatment focusing on spiritual, physical, intellectual and social wellness is the key to healing clients. With love and support, they aim to treat each client as unique individuals who have great worth.
